The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management (BSBA-HRM) at PUP Maragondon is a four-year degree program designed to develop business leaders with specialized expertise in managing the most important asset of any organization — its people.
Students receive rigorous training in business fundamentals — accounting, marketing, operations, finance, and strategy — combined with specialized HRM subjects such as labor relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, and organizational behavior.
The program leverages PUP Maragondon's connections with Cavite's thriving industrial and commercial sectors, providing students with immersive OJT placements, industry mentorships, and exposure to real-world HR practices in manufacturing plants, BPO companies, and government agencies.
